Early versions of Internet Explorer 5.0 have a bug which prevents them from opening certain kinds of audio links. You can fix this problem by upgrading your browser.

What is the Health Expressions podcast?
The Health Expressions podcast is an audio recording of each month’s feature articles. Our podcast is published online at http://www.healthexpressions.com/audio.xml each month. This allows you to be updated with new files (usually MP3s) via an automatic feed, such as iTunes or iPodder. You can listen to the podcast whenever you want from your portable media player or computer.

How do I sign up for the Health Expressions podcast?
To subscribe to the podcast, you will need podcasting software. Many podcasting software programs are free and can be downloaded directly from the Web. If you don’t already have this software, you can visit one of these websites to download it now:

iPodder
Yahoo! Podcasts

Once you have podcasting software, right-click the following link (or control-click in MacOS) and select "Copy Link Location" or "Copy Shortcut": http://www.healthexpressions.com/audio.xml

Then paste the link into your podcasting software. If you need more help adding a podcast to your software, please consult the Help/FAQ area in that program.
